Policies and Terms

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards. charges(less deposit)to your credit card will not be made until check-in.

• The deposit (50% of total room charge) is charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.

• Due to intimate size of Viola Street Inn, reservations are important as well as cancellations and do affect us significantly. Your deposit is refundable if a cancellation is received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date, less $20 processing fee.

• No shows are charged the full amount of reservation. • All rates are subject to state and local tax.

• For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow smoking in any of our rooms. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only. Guest smoking in the house will be charged a minimum fee of $200 in order to return rooms to a non-smoking status.

• Bath and room linens are changed every third day. Daily light housekeeping available upon request.

• Hot Tub is available to Viola Street Inn Guests only. Hours are from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. No glass, smoking or unbecoming behavior permitted.

• We love animals, however; pets are not allowed.

• For special dietary needs or requests please notify innkeeper via email 72 hours prior to check in and we will attempt to accommodate.

• We at Viola Street Inn want to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, please notify innkeeper of special request 72 hours prior to check in.
